Report a safety issue

safety@retaz.fm

Retaz is pre-launch and in Early Access, so things change quickly and occasionally break. If something below doesn't answer your question, email us directly and a person will get back to you.

Signing in

You sign in to Retaz with your Apple or Google account. There is no separate Retaz password to reset. If sign-in fails, try the other provider (Apple or Google) if you have both linked to the same email, and make sure the app has been updated to the latest version.

Your @handle

Every member picks a unique @handle at sign-up, separate from your display name. If the handle you want says it's taken and you believe that's wrong (for example, it's a variation of your own real name), email info@retaz.fm and we'll take a look.

Direct messages

You can message another member once you follow each other. If you're not able to message someone, check that the follow is mutual and that neither of you has blocked the other. You can report a direct message the same way you report anything else on Retaz.

Reporting content or a member

You can report a playlist, profile, comment, or direct message directly from inside the app. Reports go to a restricted queue and a person reviews them. If you believe we got a decision wrong, email info@retaz.fm with the subject "Appeal."

Deleting your account or your data

You can delete your account and its data at any time from Settings inside the app, or by email. Full steps: retaz.fm/delete-account. You can also export your data from Settings > Account.

Playback and streaming services

Retaz hosts no music. Playlists are lists of track references, and playback happens in your own streaming service (Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube Music, and others). If a track won't play, that's usually a matter of your subscription or your region with that streaming service, not something Retaz controls.

Something else

Email info@retaz.fm and describe what you were doing and what happened. Include your device type and app version if you can, it helps us reproduce the issue faster.
