Sarah Pollock
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Sarah Pollock is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Retaz, where she leads company operations and strategy. She brings more than a decade of management experience across the nonprofit, veterinary, and animal-welfare sectors, having served as a practice manager, program manager, and veteran-services intake coordinator. She is also the founder of The Biscuit Barkery and the founder and president of The Rustic Mutt Foundation, a 501(c)(3) animal-welfare nonprofit. Her work centers on building people-focused organizations and dependable operational systems.
Matt Pollock
Co-Founder & Chief Architect
Matt Pollock is the Co-Founder and Chief Architect of Retaz, where he leads the design of the company's technology and infrastructure. A retired U.S. Air Force colonel and veteran, he spent more than two decades in logistics, operations, and maintenance leadership, including group command within the legendary “Bloody Hundredth”, before serving as a senior product-support analyst in the defense sector. A self-taught technologist, he now pairs that command experience with the hands-on systems and database work at the core of Retaz's architecture.
Andi
PawZador
Andi is the official face of Retaz and proudly holds the title of PawZador. Small in size but unmistakably present, she brings personality, curiosity, and just the right amount of attitude to everything she represents. Her primary role is as a service dog to Matthew, a U.S. disabled veteran, a responsibility she carries with consistency, focus, and quiet dedication.
Whether she's observing snack development from a nap-friendly distance or stepping into the spotlight when treats are involved, Andi sets the tone for the brand: approachable, a little cheeky, and grounded in comfort and care. Off-duty, she shares life, travels, and everyday moments on her TikTok at @AndiAbroad.
At Retaz, Andi isn't just part of the team. She is the standard for it.
